Welcome to the Sudbury Estate
The Sudbury Estate is a traditional rural estate in the Dove valley of south Derbyshire. It is centred on the 17th century village of Sudbury most of which is Estate owned.
The Estate lets residential properties and commercial business units.
The property includes historic and modern housing, livestock and arable farms, other commercial enterprises, woods and walled gardens. There is a rolling programme of renewals and refurbishments, and a major restoration project to convert the former Estate maintenance yard into retail outlets and a café won two major awards.
Sudbury is located close to the junction of the A515 and the A50 between Derby (13 miles) and Uttoxeter (5 miles).
The Estate is managed by Fisher German LLP.
17th century Sudbury Hall is open to visitors and is in the separate ownership of the National Trust (NT).
